Dan Leo joined varsity Campus in 2023 as the People and Culture Associate. Originally from Syracuse, NY, Dan graduated from SUNY Geneseo in 2019 and relocated to Charlotte, NC in 2020. With a background in sales, talent acquisition, and development, Dan oversees Varsity’s recruiting efforts and works with the employees to develop their careers within the company.
