Kyle Sholes

Kyle Sholes joined the Varsity Campus team in 2022 as a Business Development Associate. Kyle graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he received a BA in Economics and History. Prior to joining Varsity Campus, Kyle held multiple positions in both student and multifamily housing with EdR, Greystar, and Lincoln Property Company. As a Business Development Associate, Kyle is tasked with helping grow Varsity’s brand and portfolio. A North Carolina native, Kyle is a passionate fan of UNC, the Carolina Panthers, and Charlotte Hornets.
