Billie Peterson

Billie recently returned to Varsity Campus to assume a role as Portfolio Manager. Billie is a graduate of Campbell University where she received her BBA in Business Administration and a BA in Communication Studies.

Billie has over twelve years of experience in Student Housing. She began as a community assistant and quickly worked her way up to General Manager with communities varying in letter designation, and bed counts as high as 2,500. Billie went on to hold several corporate-level positions such as a Regional Leasing and Marketing Specialist, before ultimately becoming an Asset Manager, specializing in leasing & marketing, for a portfolio worth nearly half a billion dollars. During her free time, you will likely find Billie on the beach with her family.
